SCalc (Super Function Calculator) is a calculator using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. It is my very first project released on the Internet written in my primary school.
It is a simple calculator for solving math problem in primary school. For instance, to find all the prime numbers less than 10000, or to calculate the sum of two fractional numbers, which needs to implement the algorithm computing the common denominator of the two fractions. Therefore, Euclidean Algorithm is the first algorithm I learned.
I began to construct it the year of 2001, then published the first version after 2 months. The ’latest’ version 5.1.0 was released in 2006. From then on, I did no modifications any more.
The biggest download website in China Skycn included it. In the part 10 years, it was downloaded more than 100,000 times on the whole Internet.
